Rudraksha are the dried pits of the fruits of the Elaeocarpus tree, which is native primarily to Nepal and India. Each seed is unique: deep furrows, known as \u003cem\u003emukhi\u003c\/em\u003e, and a vivid, almost sculptural surface – in the close-up, you can see how differently each individual bead has grown.
