Every order is packed by hand in our store in Bern and shipped with Swiss Post – carefully, quickly and transparently.

- Same-day shipping: orders placed by 5 pm (Mon–Fri) leave our store the same day.
- Packed by hand in Bern – carefully protected, as if it were for ourselves.
- Tracking: you receive a Swiss Post tracking link by email.
- Store pickup: free at Kramgasse 63 in Bern, usually ready within 2 hours.
- EU deliveries: minimum order CHF 145.–. Customs and import duties are charged by the destination country.

Send it back
After our confirmation, return the item unused and in its original packaging.
Get your money back
After inspection, we refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Arrived damaged? Let us know within 7 days with photos – we’ll find a fair solution together.
* Excluded for hygiene reasons: opened perfumes, cosmetics and incense, as well as sale items and gift cards. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. For the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

All payments are encrypted via Shopify. We never see or store card details.
Frequently asked questions
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed by 5 pm (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. Later orders and weekend orders ship the next business day. In Switzerland, your parcel usually arrives within 2–3 business days.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, choose “Pickup” at checkout. You’ll get a message as soon as everything is ready – Kramgasse 63, opposite the Zytglogge.
I’m not sure which product is right for me.
Write or call us – we’ll advise you personally, just like in our store.
