Your satisfaction is important to us. We have a clear and fair return policy so you can shop with confidence.
Right of Return
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unworn and unused
- have all original tags attached
- be in its original packaging
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at karma.stauffer@gmail.com – before sending the item back.
Items returned without prior return confirmation cannot be accepted.
Please send us photos of the item showing the following views before returning:
- Front & back
- Inner lining
- Labels
- Cuffs & collar (for clothing)
This allows us to document the condition of the item together and speed up the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from the right of return:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom-made and personalised items
- Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics, perfumes, fragrances, beauty items)
- Items with already opened packaging (e.g. incense sticks, boxes)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure about a specific item, feel free to contact us in advance.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want: return the received item and purchase the new item separately. This guarantees availability and keeps the process straightforward.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
- If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at karma.stauffer@gmail.com.
European Union – Statutory Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to the European Union, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date you receive the last item of your order, without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal also applies over weekends and public holidays.
The goods must be unworn, unused and with all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exceptions: Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened perfumes, incense sticks) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
EU customers can cancel orders prior to fulfilment directly in their customer account.
Refund: Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.
