Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return

Please do not send the item before your return has been approved.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Before sending the item, please provide us with photos of the product to ensure it is still in its original condition (front, back, inner lining, tags, cuffs, and collar).

Refunds / Store Credit

After we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, perfumes, fragrances, beauty items)
  • Items with opened packaging (e.g., incense boxes or similar)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or vouchers

Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. After your return, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Right

Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the EU. The conditions above (unused, tags attached, original packaging) also apply.
