Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

12. Unclaimed Parcels (IMPORTANT)
Under Swiss law, there is no legal right of withdrawal for online purchases. An unclaimed parcel does not automatically cancel the purchase contract.
If a parcel is returned to us:
- We will contact the customer by email
- Reshipment is possible at the customer’s expense
- Response deadline: 3 days
If no response is received:
- The order may be canceled
- The goods may be returned to stock
The following costs remain the customer’s responsibility:
- original shipping costs
- return shipping costs
- possible handling fees
In accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
