At Himalaya Vibes, every order is carefully and personally packed and shipped via Swiss Post. We take great care to ensure your products arrive safely, protected, and on time.

🇨🇭 Switzerland & Liechtenstein

  • Shipping cost: CHF 3.90
  • Free shipping on orders over CHF 65.–
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipped directly from Switzerland

🌍 International

  • Free shipping on orders over CHF 250.–
  • Delivery time: 2–7 business days (Europe); other regions upon request
  • Shipping costs are weight-based according to current Swiss Post rates:

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 1–3 business days
  • International (Europe): 2–7 business days

Please note that public holidays, high order volumes, or customs clearance may slightly extend delivery times. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched.


Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These fees are levied by the destination country and are not included in our shipping costs.

All customs and import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Himalaya Vibes accepts no liability for additional costs or delays caused by customs.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.


Packaging

Every order is personally and carefully packed by us. We use appropriate materials to ensure your products arrive undamaged and in perfect condition – packed as if we were keeping them for ourselves.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return window: 14 days from receipt of goods
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • In case of shipping damage, please notify us within 7 days with photo documentation
