Brass Bangle with Double Spiral

This open bangle is made of brass and features an artfully hammered spiral at each end – a motif that gives the bangle its distinctive, almost dancing shape. The two spirals slightly overlap and can be gently pulled apart or pressed together, allowing the bangle to be individually closed and adjusted to one's arm circumference.

With an inner diameter of approx. 8 cm, it is very flexible and pleasantly light, weighing only 20 grams. At Himalaya Vibes, you will find it in two versions:

• Brass, gold-colored finish – warm and radiant
• Brass, silver-colored finish – cool and elegant

Meaning & Tradition

The spiral shape has long accompanied the jewelry tradition of the Himalayan region – it stands for the continuous cycle of life and for new things constantly unfolding from what already exists. Two spirals facing each other are, for me, an image of balance: two movements that complement each other instead of contradicting each other.

Worn on the arm, this bangle moves slightly with you – it never sits completely stiff, but follows the movement, much like the spiral itself keeps turning.

Care & Use

Since it is brass, I always take the bangle off when showering, bathing, or applying lotion so that the surface – whether gold or silver – stays beautiful for a long time. To open and close, slowly and carefully pull the spirals apart, not abruptly, so that the shape is preserved.
