This sustainable sage smudge bundle comes from a farm in California and is carefully handmade. White sage is traditionally used to energetically cleanse spaces and create a calm, clear atmosphere – when smudged, it releases a fresh, herbaceous-pure scent that clarifies mind and space.

Application – Smudging the Home

• Light the tip of the bundle and allow a small ember to form briefly
• Gently blow out the flame and keep the ember alive by gently waving it
• Consciously distribute the smoke in all rooms, paying particular attention to corners and passages
• Allow the smoke to flow gently around the body
• Clean objects or crystals directly in the smoke

• After smudging, open the windows so that old energy can escape and fresh, positive energy can enter
