"Having Guru Rinpoche and Green Tara together on one pendant is a particularly popular combination – powerful protection on one side and swift compassion on the other."
Guru Rinpoche & Green Tara Protection Pendant
This double-sided protection pendant combines two of the most significant figures in Tibetan Buddhism: Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) on the front and Green Tara (Jetsun Dolma) on the back. Handcrafted in India, the energy of both deities works in two directions – ideal for your car, living space, or personal meditation practice.
Front: Guru Rinpoche
Padmasambhava, the "Lotus-Born" and founder of Buddhism in Tibet, is depicted in his classic powerful posture, dressed in tantric robes and his signature lotus hat. As the "Second Buddha," his image protects against negative forces, transforms obstacles, and bestows spiritual blessings.
Back: Green Tara
Green Tara is shown in her typical posture of readiness – one leg slightly extended, symbolizing immediate help. She represents swiftness in fulfilling wishes and protection from the eight types of fear, complementing the energy of Guru Rinpoche with maternal, protective kindness.
