What is Sorig?
Sorig means “science of healing” and refers to Sowa Rigpa, traditional Tibetan medicine. Sorig products are based on recipes passed down for centuries, made from herbs, spices and minerals.

Sorig Heat Compress Oil (Zathi-Duknum) is produced according to the principles of the traditional Tibetan teaching of Sowa Rigpa. The balanced combination of high-quality plant oils is particularly valued for warming applications and relaxing massages.
The aromatic formula is ideal for soothing heat applications in everyday life and can be used in combination with a heat compress ball.
🌿 Ingredients
- nutmeg oil
- caraway oil
- clove oil
- sesame oil
🧴 Application
Gently warm the oil (e.g. by gently rubbing it between your hands or carefully warming it).
Then apply to the desired area of skin and massage in.
For intensive heat applications, it can be used together with a compress ball.
For external use only.
