- Thangkas serve as a meditation aid and bring a peaceful atmosphere to any room.
- Hang them on a dry wall, away from direct sunlight.
- For storage, roll up gently – do not fold. Dust softly, do not wash.

Wall Hanging "A Precious Human Life"
This handcrafted wall hanging in Tibetan Thangka style brings inspiration, mindfulness, and life wisdom into your home. Inspired by the teachings of the 14th Dalai Lama, the scroll combines spiritual depth with high-quality materials and artistic Asian symbolism – ideal for meditation rooms, yoga studios, or as an eye-catcher in your living area.
Central Message: A Precious Human Life
"Every day, when you wake up, think: 'Today I am fortunate to have woken up. I am alive; I have a precious human life! I will not waste it, I will use all my energy to develop myself, to open my heart to others and to attain enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I will have benevolent thoughts towards others. I will not get angry or think badly of others. I will benefit others as much as possible.'"
– H.H. the XIV Dalai Lama
This inspiring quote serves as a daily reminder to live your life consciously and meaningfully, practice compassion, and do good.
