This hand-tied smudge bundle combines cedar with the warm, earthy scent of patchouli. Cedar is traditionally regarded as protective and clearing, patchouli as grounding and calming – together they create a powerful, cosy atmosphere. Ideal for apartments, homes or rituals.

How to use (smudging)

• Light the tip of the bundle and let embers form briefly
• Gently blow out the flame and keep the embers glowing by waving slightly
• Let the smoke drift into every corner to cleanse your apartment or house
• Guide the smoke around the body to cleanse the energy field
• Cleanse objects, crystals or rooms directly in the smoke

Safety tip

• Use a fireproof bowl to catch the ash
• Extinguish the bundle in sand or let it burn out completely
• Open the windows so old energy can leave and fresh energy can enter
