What is Sorig?
Sorig means “science of healing” and refers to Sowa Rigpa, traditional Tibetan medicine. Sorig products are based on recipes passed down for centuries, made from herbs, spices and minerals.

Sorig's Trak-Shey tea is a carefully blended herbal mixture based on the traditional Tibetan teachings of Sowa Rigpa. Produced by Men-Tsee-Khang in Dharamsala, India, the recipe is rooted in centuries-old tradition.
The harmonious combination of herbs is traditionally valued as part of a conscious lifestyle and is suitable as a soothing hot drink for relaxed moments in everyday life.
🌿 Herbal composition
The formula includes, among other things:
- Rubus hoffmeisteriannus
- Rosa bronunii (Wild rose)
- Adhatoda vasica
- Corydalis hendersonii
- Acacia catechu
- Emblica officinalis (Amla)
- Dracocephalum tanguticum
- Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice)
The taste is mildly bitter with a slightly earthy note and can be gently sweetened if desired.
☕ Preparation
- Pour boiling water over 1 tea bag
- Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Ideal to enjoy in the afternoon or evening
