Sorig Trulthang tea is a traditional herbal mixture according to the Tibetan teaching Sowa Rigpa , produced by Men-Tsee-Khang in Dharamsala, India.

☕ Preparation

Place 1 tea bag in a cup and pour freshly boiled water over it.
Let it steep for about 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy once or twice a day, or according to personal taste.
