"I love this bangle because it fits so beautifully on the arm – the spiral gives it a flowing quality, almost as if it gently wraps around the upper arm without appearing rigid or stiff."
Upper Arm Bangle with Spiral End, Made of Brass
This open upper arm bangle is crafted from brass and adorned with a delicate, ribbed herringbone pattern. Its distinguishing feature is the artistic spiral shape at one end, which elegantly curls in – the opposite end tapers into a small, also curled tip. This open design makes the bangle particularly flexible: it can be easily bent to a smaller or larger circumference, as needed.
With an inner diameter of approx. 9 cm (adjustable up and down) and a weight of only 23 grams, it rests comfortably light on the upper arm. At Himalaya Vibes, you will find it in two versions:
- Brass, gold-colored finish – warm and radiant
- Brass, silver-colored finish – cool and elegant
Meaning & Tradition
Spiral forms have always been found in the jewelry tradition of the Himalayan region – they symbolize growth, movement, and the continuous cycle of life, which never fully closes but keeps turning. For me, an open bangle with a spiral end is therefore also a small image of change: nothing remains rigid, everything is allowed to develop.
Worn on the upper arm, this bangle also appears very natural – it follows the shape of the arm instead of restricting it, just as the spiral itself softly wraps around itself.

Care & Use
Since it is brass, I always take off the bangle when showering, bathing, or applying lotion so that the surface – whether gold or silver-colored – remains beautiful for a long time. To adjust, bend the bangle slowly and carefully, not abruptly, so that the metal does not strain.
It's best to check out both versions yourself – or come by Kramgasse 63, then you can try on directly how it sits on your upper arm.
